As of December 1, 2022, we have moved to join Dr Andi Jones and colleagues of Georgian Sports Medicine & Physiotherapy at Georgian Winds on Vindin at 847 Vindin Street in Midland, ON. We will be joined by family physicians Dr Alia Ali and Dr Natasha Pinto on January 1, 2023.

The North Simcoe Family Health Team

Dr Queenan is happy to be a physician in the North Simcoe Family Health Organization, which works with the North Simcoe Family Health Team, which is community of health professionals providing comprehensive, holistic care using an interdisciplinary approach. These professionals include nurse practitioners, dieticians, social workers, nurse educators with expertise in a variety of areas, and nurses.

New Patients

Unfortunately, at this time, Dr Emily Queenan is unable to accept new patients, other than women for maternity care and household family members of existing patients. She is also happy to provide care to gender diverse patients, including transitioning related care. As well, she is happy to provide care for women seeking 1st trimester terminations through medical abortion.

Make An Appointment

If you are an established patient of Dr. Emily Queenan, please click here to schedule a routine office visit. You will be asked to create an account in the scheduling system. Please note that you must have a valid email address and health card number in order to schedule. Guardians should create accounts for their dependents, and book appointments accordingly. Once your appointment request is reviewed, you will receive a confirmation.

Queenan Family Medicine & Maternity Care is committed to providing timely and convenient access to care, so if you do not find an appropriate appointment, please call us at (855)243-7772, using the urgent line for same day concerns.

This scheduling system is not for emergency medical care; please do not delay emergency care, but rather call 911 or go to your closest emergency room.

Our Services

Our medical services include: full-spectrum primary care for all ages; women’s reproductive health care including medication abortion, IUD insertion, and Nexplanon contraceptive implant insertion; community palliative care including care at home, in the Palliative Care Unit at Georgian Bay General Hospital, and at Tomkins House of Huronia Hospice; transition-related care including hormonal therapy and surgical care coordination for transgender and non-binary persons; and low-risk obstetrical care with delivery at Georgian Bay General Hospital.

Interest and additional training in: Normal physiologic birth, transgender medicine, hospice and palliative care, and integrative and holistic medicine.
